Totally Toned with a Splurge

This class is a forty minute mix of strength and cardio.  The combination of fitness strategies and techniques will create a total body workout.  Whatever it takes!  Resistance bands, hand weights, stability balls and more! The goal is to keep it challenging and fun.  Your time in class will include a twenty minute stretch and flexibility splurge to complete your one hour commitment!

Totally Toned – Cardio, Strength, Stretch

Totally Toned and Stretch meets at the Grand Traverse Circuit on 14th street in Traverse City on  Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30.  Bring your hand weights and a mat.  Your class will be filled with friendly faces and an experience that will be sure to be FUNctional in fitness.  The class works large muscle groups and includes an appropriate level of cardio, strength and stretch. This is a great way to gather as a group and have fun with exercise.

Cardio, Strength & Splurge

Twenty minutes of Cardio:  HIIT, Step or an Outdoor Run
Twenty minutes of Strength:  TRX, Weights, Resistance
Twenty minutes of Splurge:  Stretch and Flexibility
This class will mix it up but……..you are guaranteed a complete sixty minutes to bolster 100% of your best effort!

Full of Grace

This class will combine the prayers of the Rosary with strength and stretch exercises to complete a one hour mind, body and spirit connection.  Weather permitting; this class will enjoy the serenity found on the beach during the waking or setting hours of West Grand Traverse Bay.

My enthusiasm for health and fitness is inspired by a desire to walk along side of you and become the best version of me!

Finding and sharing yummy new recipes is always welcome! It helps to keep nutrition and cooking fun! It’s also an exercise that helps to keep us all heading in a healthy direction.

The classes that I enjoy teaching are Flexible Movement, Totally Toned and TRX. Each class offers a total body approach to cardio, strength, movement patterns and mindset. I encourage all levels of ability to participate.

It is important to me to stay current in my education and training. I am certified as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach.
